JD for Business Analyst

  • Handling various activities of the project like information gathering, analysing the information gathered, documenting the functional or business requirements as per standards of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Preparation of Gap Analysis Document (GAD), Business Requirement document (BRD), Functional Requirement Specification (FRS), System Requirements Specification (SRS), Technical Specification Document, Creation of Wireframes, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Flow Charts, process flow diagrams, etc.
  • Preparation of Project Proposals, RFP/Tender documents, Cost-estimation, Agreements, Presentations (Technical/Functional), coordinate with stakeholders/teams for necessary inputs, User manual, etc.
  • Manage multiple projects and work as a SPoC, with effective planning/organizing ability, analytical skills, coordination with various teams, learning, payment follow-ups, participate in ISO Audits, etc.
  • Participate in meetings with the stakeholders to capture requirements and prepare & circulate meeting minutes. Perform liaison between stakeholders, development & configuration teams (including infrastructure teams for domains, SSL, backups, hosting etc.).
  • Responsible for change control to manage the changes to the requirements in co-ordination with the development team and business stakeholders and update relevant document appropriately.
  • Review of progress, developed functionalities on regular basis/UAT, update various documents appropriately, work with various stakeholders/teams, conduction of Security Audits with Auditors/stakeholders/teams/etc., organize meetings/demos, drive stakeholders for UAT, testing (plan, conduct & report), participate & support various teams for quality related activities.
  • Ready to learn & explore new technologies/methods/tools/processes/standards, participate in technical discussions/events, etc.
  • Responsible for preparing various reports through conduction of secondary research, take data from various portals/analytics, various stakeholders/teams.
  • Understanding of RDBMS, SQL, tools like Microsoft Visio/ Microsoft Project, Jira, MS Management Studio, Excel, etc.
  • Understanding of IT application architecture, Cloud infrastructure, APIs, Business Analytics, GITLAB, Apps stores, etc.
