Position Summary:

Primary Responsibility:

• Overseeing the Entire Electrical and ELV Functions of Projects
• Co-ordination with Project Personal, Consultant and Contractors,
• Tracking & maintaining the critical project timeline.
• To facilitate safety in working Environment by implementing EHS safety policies.
• Responsible for Sourcing of equipment's, Tooling, Consumable and related service and interacting with user departments for analysing the required materials.
• Preparing reports on project performance & technical Resources planning, budgeting, scheduling and Executing Project Activities.
• Executing cost & Energy savings Techniques and Modification to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget.
• Ensure the timely completion of Electrical and ELV system complete.
• Co-ordinating with the Vendors for Arranging Suppliers as per Schedules and Inventory Management.
• Procurement, Inspection (FAT), Installation, Commissioning of project materials.
• Preparation, Planning and Monitoring of Running Projects
• Installation & commissioning of the project equipment's as per Drawing/Layout.
• Provide Training to MEP contractor to Improve Job Efficiency and Enhance Work Quality in the Work Place.
• Follow GEP in daily work culture in build enhance performance and efficiency of equipment, system and organization.
• Overseeing the project of Warehouse & commercial building MEP activities.

Secondary responsibility: -

• Overseeing the Entire MEP Functions of Projects
• HVAC system execution in coordination with consultant specification and drawing.
• ELV System(FA,PA,CCTV,Access control, IT networking, automation system)
• BMS, EMS and LMS implementation
• Provide safe working environment for staff & systems with zero accident.
• Checking and certifying of contractors and vendor bills and work measurements
• Preparation of required materials PR and follow-up with Purchase team
• Preparation of all present and upcoming project MEP budget
• Fire system execution.
• Liaosioning with statutory authority for required approvals

MEP work details:

• ELECTRIAL: HT/LT scheme, Electrical panels, Lighting, Earthing etc.
• FIRE SYSTEM: Fire hydrant, Fire sprinkler, fire suppression complete.
• ELV: Fire detection system, Public address system, Access control and door interlock, CCTV and Telephone system.
• HVAC:AHUs, VRV system, Chillers,Exhaust system and fresh air system

IT Skill:

• MS office
• AutoCAD
• MS Project

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience

10+ Years of experience in greenfield commercial projects like office buildings and complexes, Healthcare, Warehouse, etc.

Project cost: Candidate should have Experience Handling MEP projects costing of 50 crore and above
