  • Prepare regular production reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as output, quality, downtime, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all production processes, including internal and external production records.
  • Assist in preparing forecasts and production plans to meet demand.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement within both in-house and out-house production processes.
  • Implement best practices and lean manufacturing techniques to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Drive innovation by recommending new technologies, tools, and methods to enhance production capacity and quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the tech or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and manufacturing techniques.
  • Experience in both in-house and out-house production management is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience in quotation management, including cost estimation, contract negotiation, and budget alignment.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in production planning software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Familiarity with ERP software and production management tools.
  • Knowledge of international production standards and regulations.
  • Previous experience working with third-party manufacturers or outsourcing production.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position
  • Regular hours with occasional flexibility required to meet production deadlines or to manage out-house production schedules.

Occasional travel to out-house production facilities may be required.
