NPI Engineer

• Interpret and maintain engineering drawings/documents, ensuring smooth translation into procurement and production requirements.
• To transform Product Design and Quality requirements and specifications into Manufacturing inputs with new and/or existing OEM Partners
• Create and maintain assembly documentation such as SOPs and APBs.
• Proven experience in PMO activities, including project planning, execution, completion, and implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage Engineering Change Management (ECM), implement changes in production, and drive timely closure.
• Prepare, update, and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) for all products and Create part number for all components in BOM.
• Monitor End-of-Life (EOL) status of products and plan accordingly
• Track and manage obsolescence of components, particularly electrical items, and proactively alert the engineering team when required.
• Coordinate Development projects status from prototype to mass production phases within Acsys and with OEM-Partner
• Verify and ensure all NPI specifics information/documents are released JIRA/Confluence
• Manage "Data integrity" within Jira/Confluence and are available with OEM-Partner.
• Support and participate in ISO audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Lead pilot builds, quickly resolve issues, and establish repeatable processes for production scaling.
• Collaborate with product, design, supply chain, vendor, and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time and seamless product launches.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Possess knowledge of product certification requirements such as EN, FCC, CE, and PESO (advantageous).
