Job Description – UX/UI Designer

Location: Hyderabad, India (Onsite)

Domain: Web3 / Fintech

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

UX & Research


• Translate briefs into user journeys, IA, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma/FigJam).


• Map and optimize onboarding, dashboards, and transactional flows, including edge cases and error states.


• Conduct lightweight validation (heuristic reviews, desk research, quick user checks).

UI & Visual Design


• Design responsive websites, dashboards, landing pages, pricing/docs, and marketing pages.


• Apply strong typography, grid systems, and brand-appropriate color palettes (light/dark modes).


• Create marketing assets: banners, flex designs, social media creatives, and event designs.


• Collaborate with 3D/motion teams for tasteful animations and interactions.

Design System & Accessibility


• Build and maintain Figma design systems (tokens, components, states).


• Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance in contrast, focus, and keyboard navigation.


• Follow fintech compliance guardrails in UI copy and disclosures.Prototyping, Specs & Handoff


• Deliver interactive prototypes with transitions and states.
• Prepare developer-ready specs (constraints, redlines, breakpoints, exportables).


• Review staging builds, log variances, and support QA.

Experimentation & Performance


• Partner with Growth for A/B testing landing sections and funnels.


• Instrument designs for analytics and monitor metrics (CTR, scroll depth, task success).


• Design with performance budgets in mind (Core Web Vitals, lazy-loading, media optimization).

Required Skills & Qualifications


• 2–4 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong web-first portfolio (sites, landing pages, dashboards).


• Expertise in Figma (auto layout, tokens, components, prototyping).


• Strong eye for typography, color systems, and visual rhythm.


• Proven experience with responsive design and modern stack handoff a plus).


• Knowledge of accessibility and financial compliance in UI.


• Comfortable with A/B testing and user analytics.
