Associate Account Manager, Full-Service REMS

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Account Manager to join our team at Syneos Health, with 2-5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective account management strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on account performance and progress.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
