Job Responsibilities:

Analyze loan applications and assess applicant's creditworthiness.

Review financial documents, credit history, and repayment capacity.

Prepare and present credit assessment reports with recommendations.

Work on business loans, personal loans, and unsecured loan evaluations.

Suggest loan eligibility amount to management based on analysis.

Monitor portfolio risk and highlight early warning signals.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services.

Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan underwriting, and risk assessment.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools.

Good communication and decision-making skills.

Preferred:

Experience in handling loan amounts across different ranges.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
