Role Overview

We are hiring an
experienced Wedding Planner
to join the Regal Sutra team full-time. This is a core team role, not a vendor engagement. You will lead wedding planning end to end, from client onboarding and vendor coordination to flawless on-ground execution. You will be at the forefront of delivering Regal Sutra's hallmark of discreet luxury, seamless planning, and unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision, preferences, and budgets.
• Design event concepts, timelines, and checklists in alignment with Regal Sutra's ethos of quiet luxury and heritage.
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate vendors across décor, catering, entertainment,photography, and gifting.
• Conduct site visits and ensure venues are prepared to Regal Sutra standards.
• Supervise on-ground execution, ensuring smooth coordination and attention to every detail.
• Anticipate and resolve last-minute challenges with professionalism and agility.
• Collaborate with the Regal Sutra core team on client experience, operations, and brand consistency.
• Build long-term client and vendor relationships, strengthening Regal Sutra's presence in the luxury wedding space.

Requirements

• Atleast 3-5 years of wedding planning experience
  , either as an independent planner or within a wedding planning firm.
• Past experience with managing vendors across wedding services and existing industry network
• Strong portfolio of successfully executed weddings (end-to-end).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and vendor management skills. Experience of using collaboration & task management tools is a bonus.
• Creative eye for aesthetics with sensitivity to cultural traditions.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel for destination weddings.
