  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in closing sales or residential sales in real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics, including knowledge of nearby areas such as East & South Pune etc.
