GIT GSSO CD IDT - Associate Technical Analyst

Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

• Deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget solutions by designing, developing, testing, and supporting production systems.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and IT teams globally on incidents and projects, translating business requirements into effective solution designs and ensuring smooth execution of critical processes.
• Ability to understand the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design.

Responsibilities :

• Understand and apply Information Technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities
• ing conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve highly complex business processes and procedural problems
• Manage and/or perform the design, build and testing of business applications and its architecture in line with agreed time frames, business requirements and global standards
• Support day to day business requirements according to global SLA
• Ensure the proper use of information technology project management methodology to comply with governance practices
• Collaborate with business / functional team, develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation of project
• Conduct performance tuning to improve system performance over multiple business processes
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancement. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work and evaluate how / where it can add value to the business
• Deliver day to day application support including response to emergencies

Required Qualifications:

• Engineering Graduate with 2-4 years of experience
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause
• Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications :

• Communication Skills : Written, verbal and Business presentations skills
• Strategy / Vision: Ability to deliver results and align objectives between short and long term ; Ability to build relationship with key Stakeholders, Power Users, Subject Matter Experts, Business Leads and Leaders ; Leadership skills
• People oriented
• Excellent application of all MWR principles
• Knowledge on Database, Server and Operating Systems, Cloud Platforms.
• Knowledge on new dimensional technologies like Machine Learning, RPA, Data Science.
