How will you do it?
JCI is looking for personnel to join our Operations team and provide support for our Agency/Legal Process.
As part of a team that supports accounts handled by third-party Agencies or Attorneys, you will be responsible to act as the liaison between our third-party Agencies & Attorneys, the JCI Organization, and customers to bring resolution to these accounts.
In this role, you will also review aged accounts receivables and in accordance with JCI's policies & procedures to provide the analysis to leadership which accounts are appropriate to place with agencies and attorneys to collect the outstanding debt.
- Process requests coming in from agencies, attorneys, and JCI employees related to these accounts within designated timeframes.
- Participate / Host meetings with agencies, attorneys, and various JCI employees to review and discuss accounts.
- Review, create, and analyze various reports/files from both JCI and external vendors regularly and communicate results as necessary.
Adherence to JCI Policies & Procedures, which includes SOX Compliance.
Ensure a positive, open, and flexible work environment is maintained.
- Be a valued member of our Monterrey Business Center team, which also includes multiple team members across JCI's business units.
What we look for?
- 3-4 years' experience in a Business/Corporate environment to utilizing management skills to ensure process compliance.
- Experience in working with 3rd party collection agencies desirable
- Basic skills in PC/Business/Accounting software related to collections; and intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research
- Excellent customer service, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while meeting deadlines.
- Punctual, attention to detail and self-management skills required
- Team player with pro-active approach and problem-solving personality.
- Innovative individual who looks for opportunities to improve.
- English proficiency required; written and verbal
