Role & responsibilities

  • Daily meeting for Job Distribution or Job Allocation to workmen, contractors, resource distribution, job prioritizing etc.
  • Daily Routine round in the plant for inspection of various equipment's health, SOP, Safety work or for any kind of problem in the plant.
  • Following Maintenance strategy as Reactive Maintenance, Preventive Maninteance, Predective Maintenance & Shutdown Maintenance as per priority.
  • Material-spare part inventory optimum planning-Indent/PR, Service Order.
  • Shut Down preparation:- Man-Machine-Material planning, procurement follow-up, execution.
  • Maintain(Operation & Maintenance) manual of various equipment for proper maintenance.
  • Identification, listing of critical equipment, its spares & monitoring periodically to avoid emergency
  • Statutory certification as per factory act.
  • SAP operation for creating notification
