We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day transactions: sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and payment transactions.
- Reconcile transactions across platforms.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Generate MIS reports (sales, expenses, margins, warehouse costs) for management.
- Prepare financial reports (daily/weekly summaries of sales, expenses, and balances).
- Prepare vendor invoice checking and staff reimbursement processing.
- Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and financial records.
- Manage vendor invoices, credit terms, and payment schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance .
- 1–5 years of experience in accounting (experience in e-commerce / retail will be an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a Must
- Familiarity with Tally ERP / Zoho Books preferred (not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with payment gateway reconciliations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills in English; Odia knowledge is a plus.
