You will be responsible for providing testing services for one or more applications/projects within the Testing Tower. Your activities will include: - Test design, execution, system testing, integration testing, and regression testing to ensure end-to-end functionality and system reliability. - Participating in daily stand-up meetings and defect triage calls, working with third-party suppliers for defect management. Monitoring, measuring, controlling, and reporting on test progress, product quality, test results, and test completion will be part of your responsibilities. You will also provide leadership and guidance to the test team, mentoring team members, and supporting their development with training and growth plans. Effective resource management to maximize utilization aligned with the plan, budget, and timeframes is crucial. As a hands-on AI Test Lead with GxP expertise, you will: - Produce all GxP Testing Artefacts and work closely with AI engineers. - Communicate effectively with AI engineers, ask relevant questions, and ensure robust AI testing. - Utilize prompt engineering skills, GenAI Assisted Testing Skills, and AI testing basics to ensure software test management through activities such as test case drafting, documentation, and using tools like Jira.
