Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, site visits, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, corporate offices, and facility managers.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and suggest landscape / indoor plant options.
- Present design concepts, plant varieties, lawn layouts, pot options, and maintenance plans.
- Coordinate with the design & operations team to plan site visits, quotations, and project execution.
- Promote plant rental services, indoor gardening solutions, and AMC maintenance contracts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, client database, and follow-up schedules.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both B2B (corporate, architects, builders, institutions) and B2C (retail, individual customers) segments.
- Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and monthly performance targets.
- Collaborate with design & operations team to finalize plans and ensure smooth execution.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of landscape plants, nursery varieties, indoor plants, planters & lawn care.
- Experience in selling to architects, landscape consultants, export houses, or interior design firms.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to understand design aesthetics and consult clients confidently.
- Lead conversion and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, professional, and goal-oriented.
- MBA in Marketing / Business Development preferred.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is an advantage.
- Must have 2 wheeler and DL
- Knowledge of export House
Educational & Professional Background
- MBA (Marketing) / Graduate in Business / Horticulture / Interior Design or related field.
- 5 years of proven sales experience in landscaping, interior products, architectural products, or plant rental services.
