We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage the front office and administrative operations of our premium café.

Job Responsibilities:

Managing front office operations and customer coordination

Handling day-to-day administrative tasks

Maintaining records, bills, staff attendance, and reports

Coordinating with kitchen and service staff

Managing social media pages (posting, basic replies, updates)

Assisting in stock records and vendor coordination

Ensuring smooth daily operations of the café

Minimum Degree qualification (Any stream)

Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant is mandatory

Good communication and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel & record maintenance

Ability to multitask and handle responsibility independently

Preferred Skills:

Experience in hospitality administration

Social media handling (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.)

Professional attitude and customer-friendly approach

Salary:

Best in the industry (Based on experience & skills)
