Commis I

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis I - Conti to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commis I - Conti or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
