Commi I

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commi I (Tandoor) to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
• Assist the chef de parti in planning menus and preparing dishes.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented safely and hygienically.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commi I (Tandoor) or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
