Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Source reliable vendors and suppliers, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and services as per project or operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and timelines.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply risk reduction.
  • Maintain procurement records, including supplier information, contracts, and pricing history.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the procurement process.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Support internal and external audits related to procurement activities.
