, you will contribute to the creation of architectural masterpieces that enhance the built environment and prepare complete construction documents for the building plans content in the
Home Plans

Catalogue. The Junior Architect should have a keen understanding of latest trends and success in this position will be determined by producing error free and timely building plans and construction documents. The position is very collaborative and it is important that they maintain communication with the other departments and customers. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Development & Management

  1. Create detailed plans for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments ensuring they meet customer requirements and align with sustainability principles.
  2. Prepare conceptual plans, blueprints, renderings, specifications and all construction documents by using specialist computer-aided design applications for the

3. Plans and programs layout, coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for review and approval.
4. Prepare detailed document sets according to guidelines and checklists for content specifying quality, file size etc for upload onto the website.
5. Compile project specifications and must be able to complete technical drawings that will be used to present a project for approval.
6. Understand the vision of the
Home Plans Category

, and deliver innovative, aesthetic and functional designs within deadlines.
7. Works in tandem with highly collaborative multidisciplinary teams.
8. Assists in research and coordination of materials and products as per project specifications.

SKILL SETS

  • Degree in Architecture with
    upto 12 months

experience in an Architectural company..
- Knowledge of software products such as
Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup Pro.
- knowledge on Basic Vaasthu principles
- Knowledge on any of the products like AUTOCAD, 3DS MAX, VRAY is a plus
- Working/Internship in an architectural firm is a plus
- Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency in computer aided design.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Keen listener to be able to identify the needs of a project.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of the comfort zone acquiring new skills.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
