What You'll Do

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

  • Design visually compelling creatives for digital, print, social media, branding, and campaign communication.
  • Work on layouts, key visuals, adaptations, presentations, and marketing collateral across platforms.
  • Use new-age design tools and AI-powered platforms to enhance ideation, speed, and execution quality.
  • Create short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, and basic animations for digital and social platforms.
  • Translate briefs into strong visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, client servicing teams, and art directors to build integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in visual language, typography, colour usage, and brand tone across all deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, formats, tools, and evolving digital consumption patterns.
What We Want

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience preferred).
  • Has strong fundamentals in layout, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Has working knowledge of video and motion tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Has hands-on exposure to AI and new-age tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Canva AI, Figma, or equivalent platforms.
  • Can add visual value through references, research, and concept thinking—not just execution.
  • Is detail-oriented, open to feedback, and able to iterate quickly.
