• Daily Monitoring of the project work and updating the requirement.
• Daily work management.
• Preparation and updating work instruction to all departments.
• Customer interaction.
• Conducting daily production and rejection meeting.
• Improvise the customer base and new product development cycle time
• Conducting periodical training program down the line for continuous improvement to reduce the wastage and increase the efficiency of the process.
• Processing data and documentation.
• Taking necessary corrective action in order to improve the team efficiency and reduce the internal and customer related. Dispute to metal, plastic and rubber.
• Building the confident team by conducting on job training.
• Follow up with the machinist and executing the load as per schedule.
• Follow up tool assembly as per checklist.
• Mold processing and checking as per checklist.
• Conducting mold trial and troubleshooting the problem come in the trail.
• Tracing the sub – ordinate to clear this time to time.
• Discussion with tool designer on the tooling concept.

 Candidates must be CIPET / B.tech in plastic / DPMT/ PGD-PPT with Year Experience in 

Tool Room New Mould Manufacturing and Maintenance

• Tool process planning.
• Preparation of drawing for general machining.
• Inspection of the part as per requirement.
• Maintaining of standard/spare parts as per Requirement.
• Updating the tool history card to monitor the tool life.
