Job Description:

Stock level monitoring in RM, SFG, FG & Consumables

Material kitting for preparation as per kanban request

Ensuring proper documentation in SAP 

Ensuring on time material delivery to production lines. 

Receipt, preservation, issuance, return and rejection disposal of materials.

Critical material list preparation and forwarding to the internal stakeholders for prior action.

Subcontract reconciliation, 57F4, DN, Sale invoice & other legal transport documents creation

Handling of B2B / Import / Export operations.

BOM Handling, Close monitoring engineering changes to handle existing inventory.

Hazardous material handling ( Receipt, Preservation and disposal ) 

Preparing MIS reports on a weekly / monthly basis forward to the module leader for review.

 Ensuring all organization standards (BPS) are followed in Day to Day operations. (SOP, WI, PPE, TPM, PSV, FIFO, LIFO, FEFO, Shelf life, Legal guidelines, Etc.,)
