We are Hiring Site HR for our projects PAN India .
Purpose of the role
- Responsibilities for the role is for Site related compliance, site administration, site employees guesthouse and vehicle arrangement, represent company for compliance with government officials, client officials.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory Compliance.
To prepare and maintain records for statutory compliance as per state under various act.
- To Submit HR Compliance to the client in time for processing RA bill
- To represent company for compliance required by government and local bodies.
- To enroll all workmen under ESIC as per applicability
- To obtain code for PT and pay Professional Tax challans.
- Liasioning with Local and Govt Bodies & rapport with them for smooth functioning.
- To take permission from Polution control deot for Batching /RMC plant
- To enroll all workmen under BOCW registration in Seva Sindhu portal
2 HR Activities.
- Monitoring Attendance at site.
- To provide daily Head count at site to Project Manager.
- Site Recruitments.
- Induction and New Joining Formality.
- Employee Clearance for site transfer and resignations.
- Leave Management for site employees.
- Timely updating of Leaves, Miss Punch, OD, Late Night work etc. for Staff.
- Biometric registration for staff and new joined staff.
- Discipline at site.
- Preparation of various Labour reports.
- Support the IT department
- Attend issues raised by the employees and convey it to head HR.
- Recruitment - Second master recruitment process, understanding the requirement, source good profiles, do a background verification and interview the candidates.
3 Administration
- Preparation of Get pass in GatesMiS
- Updating labour records in GateMIS system
- Arrange Medical Examinations for Workmen.
- Tie-ups with Hospitals
- Security Management, Vehicle Management , Labour camp management, Guest House Management, Mess management, Mobile & sim-card arrangement, Visitor arrangement and stay arrangement , Water Arrangement, RTO formality Water RO maintenance.
- Track and control site administrative activities
- Care to be taken of workmen in case of Industrial injury
- Administrating Labour Camp.
- Petty cash management
- Assists to safety department at the time of safety inductions.
- Involve to safety training, tool box meeting and safety supervising at the site.
- Creating an awareness of importance of safety measures by coordinating with the safety personnel and handling any incidents (accidents) that may occur at the site.
- Maintaining stationary, printers, telecommunication, internet, equipments and other admin related work.
- Labours and contractor KYC processing.
- Prepare monthly labor attendance and submit to Billing Dept
- Managing and monitoring of Labour Camp & school, housekeeping, accommodations for II muster, Drinking water, Doctor's site visit and weekly pest control etc.
