Key Responsibilities
■ Responsible for collating timely update and information on the items needed in all hospitals
■ Responsible for maintaining the protocol and SOP for vendor identification
■ Responsible for prompt ordering of items to maintain stock in the central inventory stock room
■ Responsible for appropriate labeling of all items
■ Responsible for real time stock update at all times in appropriate database/MIS
■ Responsible for neat and clean stock room at Central Stocking storage unit
■ Responsible for Assisting the Administrative function in absence of the staff
■ Responsible for maintaining highest standard of confidentiality and integrity at all times for financial management and expenses
■ Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with relevant agencies and external partners at all times
■ Responsible for communicating with the stakeholders and agencies to provide all updates and information as asked time to time
■ Responsible for initiating and completion of all licensing work needed at all hospital centers as per compliance time to time
■ Responsible for guiding the management for all the compliance as required by regulatory authorities timely and execution of the same
■ Responsible for ensuring proper documentation and record keeping of all the documents as per compliance and SOPs defined
■ Responsible for training all housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks at regular intervals
■ Responsible for ensuring the timely updation of all the checklist in the housekeeping department
■ Responsible for scheduling shifts and arrange for replacements in absence of housekeeping staff with co ordination of HR (co ordination with HR would be mandatory as the HR division needs to be updated)
■ Responsible to maintain highest standards in all hospitals on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards as per SOPs and compliance requirements
■ Responsible for addressing patient/customer complaints and special requests for Housekeeping
■ Responsible for deep cleaning as per defined protocols and compliance
■ Responsible for ensuring the maintenance of all infrastructure at all hospitals which includes : Furnitures, Lightings, Intercoms, Air Conditioners, Switching, Fans, Electronics, Hospital Instruments
■ Responsible for identification of vendors and relationship management with all vendors for quick purchase, repair and maintenance at all times as per the need and priority
■ Responsible for visits/rounds at all centres to ensure the upkeeping of all the facilities
■ Responsible for overseeing the safety and functionality of all centres
■ Responsible for supervising facilities staff
■ Responsible for maintaining all the documents as per the SOPs and compliances in real time as per regulatory requirements
Common Responsibilities
■ Responsible for defining the SOPs for all the departments under the role and compliance of the same (Administrations, Housekeeping, Liasoning, Central Stocking and Purchase)
