Performance Marketing Manager – Google, Facebook(E-commerce)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and scale multi-platform ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) in international markets (UAE and beyond)
  • Manage large daily ad budgets with focus on ROI and revenue growth
  • Run Google Shopping + Search campaigns optimized for e-commerce sales
  • Create and optimize Meta Ads funnels (awareness → conversion → retargeting)
  • Launch TikTok & Snapchat campaigns tailored for global audiences
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns daily for maximum performance
  • Report KPIs directly to the leadership team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Performance Marketing (International E-commerce)
  • Proven track record of managing multi-lakhs monthly ad spends
  • Expertise in Google Shopping, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads
  • Strong skills in analytics, tracking, conversion optimization
  • Experience in scaling e-commerce brands outside India (MENA, EU, US markets preferred)
  • Self-starter, capable of independent execution from Day 1

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹180, ₹230,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
