The Opportunity
We are expanding our team and seeking dynamic, results-oriented Business Development leaders to drive our growth in key regions. This is a high-impact role where you will be the face of Medverve to leading hospitals. Using a consultative sales approach, you will help hospital administrators and finance heads overcome major operational hurdles like delayed payments , revenue uncertainty , and claim denials. With an aggressive, uncapped incentive structure, your earning potential is directly tied to your success.
Key Responsibilities
Market Penetration: Identify, target, and build a strong sales pipeline of small, medium, and large hospitals within your assigned territory.
Consultative Selling: Engage with key hospital decision-makers (CFOs, Finance Heads, Medical Superintendents, Management) to understand their specific challenges related to revenue cycle management.
Solution Pitching: Articulate the value proposition of Medverve's suite of services.
Sales Closure: Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiation, contract signing, and successful onboarding.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline status in the company CRM.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
Industry Background: Proven experience in the Pharmaceutical or HealthTech.
Target Audience Experience: Demonstrable experience and a successful track record of selling directly to medium and large hospital chains in Karnataka.
Network: An existing network of contacts with hospital administrators, CFOs, and key decision-makers in the target region is highly preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex financial and operational challenges.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
Understand and manage P&L of the assigned accounts
Track Record: A verifiable history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
