This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving digital transformation, managing end-to-end business operations, overseeing DAM system implementation, and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in DAM strategy, business development, technical program management, and customer success, with a focus on scaling services and driving innovation. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Define and drive the global DAM strategy, aligning with organizational goals and client needs.

Lead a high-performing team to execute DAM projects and services. Business Expansion: Lead the growth of DAM services by identifying new opportunities, enhancing client relationships, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to expand market presence. Stakeholder Management: Manage key client relationships, ensure ongoing success, handle escalations, and ensure DAM systems meet client needs and expectations.

Operational Excellence: Oversee DAM system integration, optimize processes, and ensure data governance, rights management, and security compliance across the organization. Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, analyze usage, and implement improvements based on insights and client feedback. Team Development: Mentor and guide the DAM team, foster a collaborative culture, and drive professional development.

Program Management: Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of DAM projects and collaborate with product teams to enhance DAM products and features.
