Senior Human Resource Executive

JOB INTRODUCTION:
An HR Recruiter is responsible for finding, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. They manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. HR Recruiters play a key role in building a talented workforce by ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing Job Description for smooth and relevant hiring
- Reviewing resumes and applications and sourcing candidates from job portals
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
- Maintaining HR records, such as Attendance, Leaves, Holidays etc
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Training new or existing employees and communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
- Conducting various welfare activities and employee engagement activities.
JOB QUALIFICATION & SKILL SETS:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles is preferred, but fresh graduates with a keen interest in recruitment may also be considered.
- Experience in job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin, Shine, Job Hai.
- HR or recruitment-related certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter certification, HR certifications) are advantageous. Proficient in resume screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates' skills and fit.
- Efficient in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Ability to adjust recruitment strategies based on organizational needs and market trends.
