Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Chief Software Architect to lead the design and evolution of next-generation global digital platforms that integrate Digital Twins, GIS, AI, and Big Data Management.

In this role, you will define and implement the technical roadmap, ensure technology alignment with business strategy, and lead world-class teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and secure software solutions. You will work closely with company founders and senior leadership to shape the future of our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design

  • Architect, design, and oversee development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise software platforms.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for software architecture, coding standards, and design patterns.
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions.

Technology Vision

  • Define and drive the long-term technology strategy and architecture roadmap.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant to business innovation.
  • Lead modernization efforts across platforms using cloud-native and AI-driven solutions.

Hands-On Leadership

  • Actively participate in key development activities and maintain strong coding proficiency.
  • Guide engineering teams on software design, performance tuning, and scalable architecture.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals.
  • Ensure smooth communication between architecture, engineering, and operations teams.

Cloud & DevOps Expertise

  • Architect and deploy solutions leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Implement CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices for seamless delivery.
  • Optimize cloud usage for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Problem-Solving & Delivery

  • Drive complex architectural decisions and troubleshoot critical technical challenges.
  • Manage delivery timelines, technical risks, and resource allocation effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in an architectural leadership role.
  • Proven success in designing and delivering enterprise-grade software solutions end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture principles, microservices, and cloud-native development.

Hands-on expertise in:

  • Full Stack JavaScript frameworks (React, , Express, etc.)
  • Java technologies and ecosystem tools
  • SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • API-based architecture, Event-Driven systems, Messaging tools (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Linux/Unix system configuration, deployment, and DevOps practices
  • Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) – including Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, and Document DBs
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about technology innovation and continuous learning.
