Job Description :

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Software Architect to lead our software development efforts, from ideation to delivery and support. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical roadmap, ensuring our software aligns with business goals, and building high-performing teams to deliver exceptional products.

You will be building the next generation of global digital platforms that intersect digital twins, GIS, AI and big data management. You will be working closely with the company founders and senior management team.

Responsibilities :

  • Architect and design : Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.

  • Technology vision : Define and evangelize the long-term technology roadmap, identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends.

  • Team leadership : Build, mentor, and lead high-performing software development teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.

  • Hands-on coding : Maintain your coding skills and actively participate in critical development tasks & Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, while also

guiding and mentoring team members in coding practices.

  • Requirement analysis : Translate functional product requirements into well-defined software modules and technical specifications.

  • Delivery focus : Prioritize development tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver software on time and within budget.

  • Cloud expertise : Deep understanding and experience with cloud env, including cloud-native development and deployment.

  • Communication : Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Problem-solving : Approach complex technical challenges with creative solutions and a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications :

  • 15+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in architectural leadership roles.

  • Proven track record of building and delivering successful software products from ideation to launch and beyond.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.

  • Deep knowledge of modern software architecture principles and design patterns.

Hands-on experience with the following programming languages and frameworks :

  • JavaScript FULL Stack Technologies

  • Java env exposure

  • SQL/NO SQL Databases

  • API based architecture, Event Based Architecture, Messaging Tools

  • System Architect, Linux/Unix systems configuration, setups, deployments

  • Expertise in using Cloud resources, including Cloud DevOps, Cloud Functions, and Cloud SQL and document Database.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

  • Passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
