  • Operations Management: Direct and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the plant floor to ensure efficient production processes and output.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and motivate staff, manage work schedules, and resolve employee disputes to achieve high performance levels.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, HACCP), ensure high-quality standards, and implement environmental policies.
  • Equipment Oversight: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot plant equipment, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Production Monitoring: Track key performance indicators, set production targets, and monitor progress towards organizational goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency through process optimization and strategic planning.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of plant supplies and raw materials to maintain efficient operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Annamanada, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
