Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fitters and Turners Industrial professional for a mid-level position at Gamut HR Solutions. This full-time role is based in Hyderabad, requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both blueprint reading and CNC machine operation along with maintenance and repair techniques, which are essential for this position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure accurate construction and assembly (Mandatory skill).
• Expert in CNC machine operation, capable of setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in maintenance and repair techniques, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Experienced in lathe machine operation to shape and fabricate parts with precision.
• Adept at welding and fabrication processes to join and shape various metals.
• Competent in using precision measurement tools to verify the accuracy of products and components.
• Knowledgeable in operating drilling machines for creating and adjusting holes in components.
• Highly skilled in assembly and disassembly of machinery for maintenance and repair purposes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze detailed blueprints and sketches to execute precise manufacturing tasks.
• Set, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality components following strict specifications.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Execute lathe operations, including cutting, shaping, and fitting metallic components accurately.
• Perform welding and fabrication to construct and repair metal structures and fittings as required.
• Utilize precision measurement tools to ensure components meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Operate drilling machines to craft and adjust holes in parts for assembly and repair purposes.
• Manage assembly and disassembly of machinery systems for detailed inspections and modifications.
