**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated **fresher CNC Machine Operator** to join our furniture and fixtures manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality wood, metal, or composite components used in furniture production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC machines as per instructions.
- Load raw materials and monitor the machining process for quality and efficiency.
- Follow production drawings and CAD/CAM files for cutting, shaping, and finishing.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools like calipers and gauges.
- Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs.
- Coordinate with design and assembly teams for process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, or related field.
- 0-1 year experience (freshers encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of machine operations, tools, and measurement instruments.
- Willingness to learn CAD/CAM interface and CNC programming basics.
- Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of wood or metal machining processes.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

**Work Conditions**:

- 8-hour shifts; overtime if required.
- Workshop environment with exposure to machinery noise and dust.
- Safety gear (PPE) must be worn at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
