We are seeking a seasoned Project Accountant to oversee financial operations across multiple projectsboth domestic and international. The ideal candidate will be responsible for billing, reconciliation, receivables management, and statutory compliance, ensuring financial accuracy and timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Billing & Invoicing o Interpret Project BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for accurate billing o Prepare Supply and Installation invoices for various project stages

  • Reconciliation & Reporting o Compile project-wise reconciliation data

  • Track outstanding payments and generate aging reports

  • Client Coordination o Follow up with clients for pending payments

  • Draft and send professional reminders and collection letters

  • Accounts Receivable Management o Monitor AR portfolio across India and overseas clients

  • Maintain detailed records of collection efforts and client communications o Investigate and resolve payment disputes and deductions

  • Compliance & Documentation o Ensure GST and TDS compliance on customer transactions o Manage Bank Guarantees (PBG/ABG) and related documentation

  • Maintain accurate receivable records in Tally ERP 9

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9
  • Strong command of English for drafting professional correspondence
  • Deep understanding of Accounts Receivable, GST, and TDS compliance
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
