About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Production monitoring & coordination:

1. Track daily production data using FMS and IMS.

2. Ensure timely data entry and process adherence across departments.

3. Coordinate between departments (production, QC, maintenance, stores, etc.) for smooth workflow.

B. Data management & reporting:

1. Maintain and update production and process logs using Google Sheets.

2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

3. Analyze trends and flag deviations or bottlenecks.

C. System management:

1. Ensure accurate and real-time data logging in FMS and IMS.

2. Liaise with the IT/automation team to troubleshoot system-related issues.

D. Process improvement:

1. Identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.

2. Work closely with the production team to implement lean manufacturing practices.

E. Compliance & documentation:

1. Ensure adherence to SOPs and process documentation.

2. Maintain updated documentation for audits and internal review.
