About Us

We're an applied AI narrative lab on a mission to reimagine content creation, and how stories are crafted, told, and experienced.

From short-form content to narrative universes, we're blending advances in AI with creativity to create content, platforms and products. We're looking for a talented Illustrator to join our early-stage team and help us build India's visual storytelling infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Create original illustrations for multilingual educational and informational content
  • Develop character designs that resonate across India's diverse cultural contexts
  • Build scalable illustration systems and asset libraries for rapid content generation
  • Collaborate with video editors, designers, and AI tools to bring stories to life
  • Create storyboards and visual concepts for animated content
  • Adapt illustration styles across platforms: WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of professional illustration experience
     (agency, studio, or freelance)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across illustration styles
  • Proficiency in digital illustration tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate)
  • Character design and visual storytelling capabilities
  • Experience simplifying complex information through visuals
  • Understanding of color, composition, and cultural symbolism
  • Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience designing for diverse or underserved audiences
  • Understanding of India's cultural and regional diversity
  • Portfolio with culturally-sensitive illustration work
  • Experience with animation or motion graphics workflows
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • Background in educational or social impact illustration
  • Familiarity with AI illustration tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.)
  • Understanding of traditional Indian art forms and visual languages
