Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Serampore

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 2–3 years in real estate sales

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.

Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective clients.

Maintain relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

Negotiate deals and ensure timely closure of sales.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales (2–3 years).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of the real estate market .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
