Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated
Tele-Sales Executive
to join our real estate team. The role involves
lead generation, customer communication, and sales follow-up
. You must be confident on calls and committed to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and reach out to potential customers
• Generate and follow up on leads to close sales
• Communicate clearly and provide customer support
• Maintain accurate call logs and sales records
• Attend weekly meetings at the
  Head Office in Behala (once a week)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification:
  HS (Higher Secondary) pass or above
• Fluent in Bengali, English, and Hindi
• Minimum six months of experience
  (
  Real estate background preferred
  )
• Experience in
  Lead Conversion & Sales
• Strong Customer Service and Communication
  skills
• Listening and Problem-Solving
  abilities
• Basic computer knowledge
  – MS Word, Excel, Emailing & CRM handling
• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits

₹8,000 – ₹16,000

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Sunday | Rotational Week Off
