Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Project Manager located in Panipat. The Odoo Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project management processes, including planning, execution, and delivery, specifically related to Odoo-based ERP implementations. Daily tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely progress of projects, managing logistics and expediting processes, and performing project inspections. The role also involves developing schedules, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with project requirements to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and delivering projects
  • Experience with Expeditor and Expediting tasks to maintain project timelines and performance
  • Expertise in Inspection processes and ensuring quality standards during project implementation
  • Strong skills in Logistics Management to coordinate transportation, inventory, and operations efficiently
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Odoo ERP systems is highly preferred
  • Background in agriculture or agricultural technology is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
