Role Overview

Golden Crest Homes is hiring a full-time, onsite Site Manager in Panipat.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, operations-driven, and capable of managing the entire lifecycle of construction and interior projects.

This person will lead the Site Supervisor, oversee day-to-day execution, manage procurement, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Onsite Site Management
  • Daily physical presence at the Panipat project site is mandatory.
  • Supervise the Site Supervisor and ensure smooth on-ground execution.
  • Ensure construction/interior work follows drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate between contractors, vendors, labour teams, and the founder.
2. Technical Expertise
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, construction, and interior drawings.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Assist with layout checks, measurements, and technical clarifications on site.
3. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
  • Handle procurement of all materials required on site.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Track material usage, inventory, and vendor payments.
  • Act as the single point of contact for procurement + operations.
4. Communication & Reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Provide daily updates to the founder/project head.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
  • 3–7 years experience in construction/interior site management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp (non-negotiable).
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, labour workflows.
  • Experience handling procurement and vendor relationships.
  • Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage projects independently.
  • Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Panipat.
