About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with B2B partners and clients, and helping expand our network of sub-agents and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    Identify and approach potential partners, sub-agents, and educational consultants through calls, visits, and networking.
  • Market Research:
    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regional demands to identify growth opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain long-term relationships with agents, educational institutions, and students.
  • Meetings & Presentations:
    Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to pitch company services and partnership models.
  • Sales & Targets:
    Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaboration:
    Coordinate with the operations, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure smooth processing of partner and student cases.
  • Reporting:
    Maintain and update CRM records, and prepare regular sales and visit reports for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both English and regional language).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of study visa processes for countries like the UK, Canada, Australia, and USA (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    .
  • 1–3 years
    of experience in Business Development, preferably in
    education or immigration consulting
    .
