Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive training module aligned with brand standards
• Create and align a training calendar with the brand's schedule and objectives
• Conduct training sessions for Beauty Advisors, Skincare Specialists, and Retail Store Staff
• Deliver hands-on training on the counter for Beauty Advisors, Skincare Specialists, and Retail Store Staff
• Assist the Commercial/HR team in recruiting Beauty Advisors and Skincare Specialists
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with store staff and ensure smooth collaboration with LUXASIA personnel
• Ensure that staff grooming meets the brand's standards
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure it adheres to brand guidelines
• Ensure display merchandising follows brand guidelines and is effectively implemented
• Arrange for staff uniforms, identity cards, and name badges to be provided
• Plan and execute makeup and skincare events at the store to enhance customer engagement
• Implement Key Opinion Leader (KOL) activations to boost brand presence in retail stores
• Assist the Marketing team with managing and enhancing social media handles
• Oversee and improve Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Continuously ensure that all activities and processes align with the brand's strategic goals and standards
