We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeler with a passion for architecture and a minimum of 3 years of experience using Blender software to join our creative team. Role and Responsibilities:

As a 3D Modeler specializing in architecture projects, you will play a pivotal role in transforming architectural designs into realistic and immersive visual representations. Your work will contribute to the visualization and presentation of our architectural concepts and designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with designers, and project managers to understand architectural concepts and design intent.

Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural structures and spaces using Blender software.

Develop high-quality textures, materials, and lighting setups to achieve realistic visualizations.

Showcase various design options through 3D renderings to aid in the decision-making process.

Ensure that the models and visualizations adhere to the architectural design guidelines and project requirements.

Optimize models for performance and quality while considering architectural accuracy.

Participate in design reviews and discussions to contribute valuable insights and enhancements.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in architectural visualization and 3D modeling.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling, possibly with architecture projects.

Proficient in Blender software with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualizations.

Good understanding of architectural design principles and terminology.

Ability to translate 2D architectural drawings and plans into detailed 3D models.

Proficiency in creating realistic textures, materials, and lighting for 3D visualizations.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in representing 3D elements.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with architects and project teams.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Graphics, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
