Work with software tools such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, or Blender to create and manipulate 3D assets.

Ensure that 3D designs and animations adhere to technical specifications and project guidelines. Optimise 3D assets for various platforms and applications, including web, mobile, and interactive media. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D design, animation, and rendering technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, animators, programmers, and project managers, to ensure effective project execution. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to 3D graphics and animation production. Maintain organised files and documentation of 3D assets, including version control and asset management.

Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, 3D animation, or a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modelling and animation software, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, or Blender. Strong artistic and visual design skills, including a solid understanding of colour theory, composition, and lighting.

Knowledge of texturing, shading, and rendering techniques to create realistic and visually appealing 3D graphics. Experience in creating 3D models for various purposes, such as product visualisation, architectural visualisation, or character animation. Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment and interact with clients and stakeholders. A portfolio showcasing a range of 3D design and animation work.
