About the Role

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales Associates to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, introducing our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

This is a target-driven role where performance and communication skills directly contribute to your incentives and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists
  • Explain company products/services and their benefits to prospects
  • Answer customer queries and handle objections confidently
  • Record customer details and update the CRM system
  • Follow up with interested leads to close sales
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: senior secondary (Graduate preferred)
  • Experience:
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
