Job Description

We are hiring STP Operators with ITI qualifications in Plumbing, Electrical, or Pump Operator trades. The role involves the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) to ensure smooth functioning, compliance with environmental standards, and reliable plant performance.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain STP machinery and equipment.
  • Perform routine inspection, preventive, and corrective maintenance of pumps, motors, and pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ensure treated water meets required quality standards.
  • Maintain daily logs and operation records.
  • Follow safety procedures and coordinate with the technical team for repairs and servicing.

Requirements

  • ITI in Plumbing/Electrical/Pump Operator trade.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in STP operations.
  • Knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, and basic electrical systems.
  • Ability to handle breakdowns and work in shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹20,000 (depending on experience).
