Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Deputy Manager – ISMS & IT Audit
to join our Information Security team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in implementing and managing
ISMS frameworks
, conducting
IT audits
, and ensuring compliance with
ISO 27001
standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support ISMS implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement in alignment with ISO 27001 standards.
  • Conduct internal IT audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
  • Develop, review, and update information security policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely remediation of audit findings.
  • Manage external audits and certification processes related to ISO 27001.
  • Monitor information security risks and assist in defining mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on ISMS performance and audit outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in ISMS implementation, IT audits, and information security compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of
    ISO 27001
    standards and audit requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer certification preferred.
