TEAM:

Global Strategic Advisory (GSA) team is part of the Company, which is one of the largest global reinsurance brokers . GSA's mission is to win new clients (and retain existing ones) through strategic partnership. We will partner with C-Suite clients to help define, refine, and achieve their strategic objectives. GSA will work with our clients to understand their objectives, address their challenges, and provide a deep understanding of market conditions and issues.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualifications

  • MBA Finance/ CMA/ CFA etc.
  • 1-4 years of experience as a financial analyst or strategic consultant for insurance/reinsurance industry.

Skills

  • Excellent understanding insurance/reinsurance industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office is essential, advanced excel skills preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Professional approach to problem solving and project completion.
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
