Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Room Attendant role located in Mumbai. The Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. Duties include replenishing supplies, changing bed linens, responding to guest requests, and adhering to safety and hygiene regulations. The role requires attention to detail, effective time management, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Housekeeping and cleaning skills, including managing linens, restocking supplies, and maintaining hygiene standards
  • Customer service and communication skills for interacting with guests and addressing their needs professionally
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene practices
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
